Why the investment?
This is a unique opportunity for young athletes to take their physical skills to the next level. This summer program will improve sports performance through proper instruction and technique in flexibility, mobility, strength, power, speed and agility.
Our CATS performance program is unparalleled:
Coaches- Our staff has worked with and developed athletes of all levels and sports. From helping middle school athletes become contributing high school athletes, to developing high school athletes into collegiate athletes, and advancing post collegiate athletes into Olympic Gold, World Series rings and All Star status and enjoying long lasting professional careers .
Our staff have worked with NBA, MLB, NFL, PGA and Olympians before, during, and after their professional careers. We have over 40 years combined experience at the Division 1 level, each staff member holds a master’s degree in the field of human performance, and all are certified by multiple nationally accredited agencies. Our primary focus at the University of Arizona is overseeing, developing and implementing all aspects of (16) Olympic sport teams performance training programs.
Now you can learn from these same coaches, using the same performance programs, while training in the best facility in town!
Amenities- Our 24,000 square foot facility includes a 50 yard turf track, 25 yard sand pit, 16 multipurpose stations, and a free weight area that is unmatched. We have the equipment to properly train every modality needed for improved performance.
Training Program- Your training will begin with a brief movement assessment to identify structural imbalances and potential movement inefficiencies. Then you will be instructed on proper technique for warm up, joint mobility, resistance training, and multi directional movement utilized by collegiate and professional athletes. Finally you will be taken through each workout and be challenged to new levels.
Support System - After camp, each athlete will have access to their own performance program designed by our very own performance coaches.
